Fortune Cookie!

brought to you by: Chowking

Funny things happen lately... I am not asking for a sign but it seems like a lot of it are arising. All I need is divine intervention or guidance to make things clearer in my life.

"Take a moment to figure out the direction you want to go then focus on your goal."

This is the fortune cookie I got last night.

I can't help but wonder is this the divine intervention I am waiting for? Or is it purely coincidence?

Happenings in my Birthday ;p

I can still remember as a child, I used to complain because my birthday seems so neglectable. None that I know of happen during the day except for my birthday.
Now, I just find it amazing that a lot of things coincide with my birthday.

(a) Birthday of St. Arnold Janssen - founder of SVD, SSPS & SSPSAP

(b) Matrix Revolution - Philippine Premiere

(c) Nan's board exam - which he passed :p

(d) Athasia and Andes Muhlach's Birthday - children of my greatest crush Aga Muhlach and the pretty Charlene Gonzales

(e) Claudine and Raymart's Anniversary - haha:p obvious bang nanood ng U R D 1 kagabi?!

Random Thought I

Wala lang...may namimiss lang ako...

I realized that what Dr. Ramos told us in class about a teaching of Zen Buddhism is true.

I was so lonely last December...but it will pass...it did pass

I was confuse last January...but it will pass...it did pass

I was longing last February...but it will pass...it did pass

I am happy this March...but it will pass...it did pass

I am very positive for April...but it will pass...it will pass soon

Life is just come and go. So make the best out of every moment. Be the best that you can everytime. Extract the goodness in each event. Seek for yourself always. Learn and hold on to the learning. Be less attach to the people, things, places, etc.

Who you are with and what you have are perhaps who and what you need in this particular part of your journey. Hope is a must not to be caught in melancholy of life!

Be wise. Choose your battles.

Feelings for the Day

Mixed emotions:

Happy...Ü
Sad... :(
Guilty... : <
Proud... :D

But in general...

I am really sad!

EWAN!

Gusto kong matuwa
Sa lahat ng mga naabot

Gusto kong matuwa
Sa lahat ng tagumpay

Gusto kong matuwa
Sa lahat ng kaganapan

Pero di ko magawa
Ayokong maging makasarili

Pero di ko magawa
Nais pa kitang makasama

Pero di ko magawa
Sige nalang paalam na...

YES MASTERS!!!

I don't regret going "back to school". I actually like the idea and the learnings I am gaining. It feels nice to call yourself a student again...not that it helps me deny my age (sounds defensive?Ü) but it is a humbling experience.

Listening to people with greater knowledge and gaining a lot of input feels so refreshing after a whole day of work in the office.

But then in the middle of the semester things change. Requirements pile up, work pile up, social life gone...

At the latter part of the semester...deadline, deadline, deadline, dead-line...dead

After a tiring semester, here comes a promising new one... Is it a new hope? Is it a different experience?

I hope it is...I just have to take things one day at a time...One baby step at a time...Soon this will be over. Hopefully it pays off.
